Robert Pines
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder
Robert Pines is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of kgb, which he co-founded in 1992. Robert has directed the growth of kgb from five employees at its launch to more than 7,000 employees today, worldwide. He is based in New York City. Before founding kgb, Robert worked at Lehman Brothers in the investment banking department and at the management consulting firm Corporate Decisions, Inc., which is now part of Mercer Consulting. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, cum laude, from Harvard College and an MBA with honors from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Pradip Raval
Chief Financial Officer
Pradip Raval is the Chief Financial Officer for kgb. Based in New York, he is responsible for the Company’s financial functions worldwide. Prior to joining kgb in October 2013, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Peach Group Holdings, Inc. where he led finance and portfolio servicing organizations, until after its merger into JGWPT Holdings, LLC. Pradip joined Peach from GE Capital where he held several senior financial positions. Prior to GE Capital, he was with Citibank Universal Card Services (formerly AT&T Universal Card Services) and at AT&T Capital. He began his professional career as a UK Chartered Accountant in London and New York and later as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in the US
Michael Graham
CEO, Conduit Global
Michael Graham is responsible for defining and executing the global growth of Conduit Global, including the launch of the CX100 Cloud Suite. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Conduit Global, Michael was the COO of kgb, Conduit Global’s parent company. Before joining kgb, he held numerous executive roles at Warner Music Group, Standard & Poor’s and United Technologies Corporation. Michael received a BS in Business Management from Babson College in Wellesley, MA, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business
Ali Chaudhry
CEO, 118118 Money

Ali Chaudhry is the CEO for 118 118 Money. Based in the UK he is responsible for the leadership and strategy development of the financial services business.  Ali has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, having held a number of senior positions globally, including at Citibank, Telenor Group and Barclays.  Prior to joining 118 118 Money, Ali was CEO at Telenor Micro-Finance Bank in Pakistan, where he was leading the world’s largest bank-led mobile money business and the largest micro-finance bank in Pakistan.  Before joining the Telenor Group, Ali was Chief Commercial Officer at NewDay Ltd in the UK.  Prior to that he was Managing Director at Barclaycard UK. Whilst with Barclaycard, Ali held a number of controlled functions as an Approved Person.
